The effect of temperature on the synthesis of BN nanocrystals

摘要: Abstract Boron nitride (BN) nanocrystals have been synthesized by the reaction of Li3N and BBr3 in organic solvent. The experimental results indicated that, at low temperature, hexagonal BN (hBN) is dominant phase sample. content cubic (cBN) increased with it reached a maximum 480°C. As temperature further, cBN decreased, hBN became again. This phenomenon was discussed briefly this paper.
