摘要: BN powders (with and without water) which have undergone low-energyball-milling been studied through X-ray diffraction,transmission electron microscopy, granulometry, energy loss(EELS) IR spectroscopies. The main result is the formation of theorthorhombic cubic high pressure phases BN. A “turbostratic”behaviour hexagonal has also observed. As expected, thegrain sizes decrease markedly. It to be noticed that presenceof water induces some chemical reactions are revealed throughammonia-like nitride compounds scents. However, according EELSmeasurements, transformations structural ones.
