摘要: Eurasian red squirrels Sciurus vulgaris in fragmented woodlands had a similar spacing pattern as large woodlands: females intrasexual exclusive core-areas, while core-areas of males overlapped extensively with other and females. However, woodlands, home ranges (site B) (both study sites) were smaller than deciduous woodlands. Hence, space use range size habitat fragments are strongly influenced by structure the woodlots and, case small woodland patches, presence connecting treerows. Juveniles very prior to dispersal, but increased after dispersal period
