摘要: PURPOSE To evaluate the shear bond strength (SBS) of a novel low-shrink posterior resin composite (Filtek LS) to various substrates. METHODS The dedicated LS System Adhesive was used Filtek bovine dentin, ground enamel, resin-modified glass-ionomer liner (Vitrebond Plus), conventional restorative material (Fuji IX GP Extra), and dentin previously exposed zinc oxide-eugenol (IRM) (n=10 for each group). Vitrebond Plus Fuji Extra substrates were fabricated by filling standardized preparations that had been made in epoxy resin. Adper Scotchbond SE/Filtek Z250 as control. Composites applied using Ultradent specimen former. bonded specimens stored water at 37 degrees C 24 hours, SBS testing done an Instron universal machine. data analyzed ANOVA Tukey-Kramer HSD test significance level 0.05. RESULTS mean values system generally somewhat lower than substrates, but differences not statistically significant. Exposure IRM resulted significant reduction SE/Z250 slight insignificant system.
