Prevalence and significance of haematological abnormalities in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus.

摘要: The occurrence and significance of haematological abnormalities were analysed in 126 prospectively studied patients with systemic lupus erythematosus. Haemolytic anaemia occurred 13 per cent, neutropenia 47 lymphocytopenia 20 cent thrombocytopenia 27 all patients. Patients haemolytic less likely to have serositis, but no differences the incidence renal or cerebral manifestations found between various groups. Infections mainly associated use corticosteroid therapy. Life-table analysis showed adverse influence on survival anaemia, lymphocytopenia, late onset was a decreased survival. No relationship presence antiphospholipid antibodies thromboembolic events. We conclude that erythematosus is probability this could not be attributed
