摘要: A method is described for the determination of pesticide chlorothalonil (CLT). It based on finding that citrate-capped gold nanoparticles (AuNPs) undergo aggregation exposure to chlorothalonil. This accompanied by a visually detectable color change from wine red blue. The effect due interaction cyano group with nanoparticles. assay may also be performed using spectrometer. ratio absorbances at 700 nm and 520 nm (A700/A520) linearly drops in 5 100 ng·mL−1 CLT concentration range, 3.6 ng·mL−1 detection limit. below Chinese guideline value cucumber. rather simple does not require any modification AuNPs or utilization antibody. was successfully applied (spiked) cucumber samples. Recoveries ranged 80.4 97.4%, analytical results compared well those obtained HPLC.
