摘要: The plant life cycle involves a series of developmental phase transitions. These transitions require the regulation and highly co-ordinated expression many genes. Epigenetic controls have now been shown to be key element this mechanism regulation. In model Arabidopsis, recent genetic molecular studies on chromatin begun dissect basis these epigenetic controls. Chromatin dynamics represent emerging exciting field gene notably involved in By comparing animal systems, new insights into complexes mechanisms governing development can delineated. We are beginning identify components their functions.
