摘要: I am presently involved in public participation science and technology as a social researcher to the Flemish participatory Technology Assessment (pTA) project ‘Nanotechnologies for Tomorrow’s Society’ (NanoSoc); four-year research endeavour (2006-2010) funded by government. The involves two major universities leading center on nanotechnology. It aims provide nanoscientists these institutes with incentives reflect ethical issues relation possible nanotechnology developments integrate such considerations into existent or nascent R&D strategies (for more information, see: www.nanosoc.be). In what follows briefly focus instances which ‘plausibility’ emerged an issue of debate between various participants argue why discussions matter view question above.
