摘要: The relationship between oxygen requirement for respiration and in vitro growth differentiation of rat embryos pregnancy Day 11 (embryonic age approximately 10.5 days) has been studied the “New system” embryo culture rotating 60 ml serum bottles. In medium heat inactivated immediately-centrifuged male (5 concepti/lO ml) equilibrated with 20-40% O2 5% CO2 N2, grew differentiated during 24 h apparently identically to vivo control same period. Under this optimal gas environment, 14-15 somites 30-31 extensive brain sensory organs, hepatic primordia, heart circulatory systems. DNA, RNA protein contents cultured increased 5-7-fold from initial values. Ueparmnized plasma, a environment identical that serum, was poor medium. Lower 02 tension media 5 10% #{176}2was detrimental normal concepti, significantly decreasing nucleic acid synthesis embryos.
