摘要: Abstract Objective Nibbling has been defined by the Eating Disorder Examination (EDE 16.0) as eating in an unplanned and repetitious manner between meals snacks without accompanying sense of loss control. We investigated nature frequency nibbling young women. Method Fifty-eight university women aged 19–41 years with average BMI 22.8 (4.8) were administered EDE-interview. Results Only 9% reported no during preceding 28 days, 14% nibbled on 1–5 days; 40% 6–12 days; 21% 13–15 days 17% 16–28 days. was not significantly related to BMI, meals, binge eating, dietary restraint, or shape, weight concerns. Significant inverse relationships found food avoidance (−.27, p = .03) sensitivity gain (−.26; = .04). Discussion occurred frequently among but did appear have significant consequences for overall pattern shape concerns, any measured pathological behaviors.
