摘要: Atherosclerosis is the most common pathophysiologic substrate of coronary artery disease (CAD).Whereas plaque progression and arterial remodeling are critical components in chronic CAD, intracoronary thrombosis over disruption causally related to acute CAD. It was objective this study investigate differences between prior CAD by a simple global coagulation assay measuring thrombin generation. A cross-sectional involving 15 healthy controls, 35 patients with stable 60 after an episode myocardial infarction (AMI) performed. Thrombin generation measured three 11 months initial diagnosis (mean 6 months) commercially available fluorogenic (Technothrombin TGA). In each patient lag phase, velocity index peak were obtained from thrombogram profile.Traditional cardiovascular risk factors recorded, inflammatory markers, fibrinogen hs-C-reactive protein determined. Compared patients, showing normal thrombograms, those previous AMI showed earlier phase (p
