摘要: Abstract The features of some donor-impurity-related nonlinear optical properties in coupled dot-ring nanostructures are investigated with the use effective mass and parabolic band approximations. electron confinement is modeled via a recently reported analytical potential, influence an externally applied static electric field taken into account. results show that increase strength causes blueshift all responses considered, whereas they can be redshifted or blueshifted depending impurity position. For parameters interlevel transitions considered this work, third harmonic generation absent when moves along same direction polarization incident resonant radiation.
