摘要: OBJECTIVE To research and reveal Tetrahydroxystilbene glucoside (TSG) anti-thinning effect of dermas on skin ageing mice. METHODS The dermal layer thickness was measured with hematoxylin-eosin (HE) staining; the levels collagen elastic fibers were immunohistochemical insulin, insulin-like growth factor-1 (IGF-1), two receptors insulin IGF-1 Elisa kits; Ca(2+) P ELISA kits. RESULTS TSG Polygonum multiflorum extract (PME) made thicken (P<0.01, vs. control group); promoted fiber expression group, 22.94% 28.26% 20.41%); reduced 2.50 ng/ml 2.69 3.04 ng/ml), like factor 1 (IGF-1, P<0.01, 154.75 155.60 209.28 0.423 0.426 0.648 ng/ml) 71.96 81.68 87.02 in aging mice skin; raised serum 1.24 mol/ml 1.30 1.08 mol/ml; 2.00 2.03 1.197 mol/ml). CONCLUSION PME showed their protections to challenged groups. It ensured provided potential factors (insulin/IGF-1 signal pathway level Ca(2+)) related senescence
