摘要: We investigated the distribution of liver NK cells in mice various ages and their cytotoxicity against regenerating hepatocytes. Liver were identified by asialo GM1 antibody mononuclear cell suspension from liver, whereas activity was assayed YAC-1 target cells. Mononuclear consisted more than 25% with potent C3H/He mice, 8 wk age. The strain-specific (C3H/He greater C57BL/6 DBA/2) same as those spleen blood. proportion level further demonstrated to vary depending on age, that both function generated at 4 reached a maximum between 6th 8th wk, then rapidly decreased around 9th wk. appearance an increased number seemed coincide slowing rapid increase murine weight. whether mediated Both specific 51Cr-release assay single significantly cytotoxic hepatocytes partially hepatectomized but lesser extent normal resting liver. Morphologic study revealed predominantly binuclei (greater 60%) mainly nucleus 70%). One-nucleus susceptible A comparative restoration kinetics weight after partial hepatectomy also showed unique relationship. These results raise possibility might be responsible for regulating hepatocyte growth.
