摘要: The liver is a distinctive immunological environment in which are found wide variety of cell types. absolute number intrahepatic lymphocytes (IHL) and the frequency various components mixture influenced by age strain mouse, as well presence hormones, cytokines, pathogens. bulk consists hepatocytes. In addition to IHL, also contains macrophage population, Kupffer cells, sinusoidal endothelial cells. protocols described here can be used deplete tissue hepatocytes, red blood leaving suspension consisting mainly IHL major contaminant cells (which removed adherence plastic). This unit provides two that may isolate IHL. One from multiple livers parallel, whereas more elaborate alternate protocol yields per but appropriately recover single liver.
