摘要: The objective of this study was to compare letrozole-stimulated cycles natural in 208 patients undergoing intrauterine insemination (IUI) between July 2004 and January 2007. Group I (n = 47) received cycle monitoring only (natural group), II 125) letrozole 2.5 mg/day on days three seven, III 36) 5 seven. There were no differences the groups endometrial thickness or P4 day hCG. Estradiol levels had higher variation second half follicular phase both letrozole-treated compared control group. per preovulatory follicle similar that observed cycles. LH lower hCG administration group vs. In summary, results some minor changes follicular, hormonal dynamics Increased folliculogenesis pregnancy rates These findings need be confirmed larger, prospective studies.
