摘要: The incidence of colorectal cancer is rapidly increasing in South Korea. It important to clarify the association between and diet, being one main modifiable risk factors, as such studies Korean population are lacking. A cross-sectional study was performed using data from participants who had undergone a screening colonoscopy nutritional assessment during routine health check-up January 2008 December 2011. Dietary intake were derived 1-day food records; adenoma histopathologically confirmed by biopsy colonoscopy. Eventually, 2604 included analysis. quintile dietary fat analyzed logistic regression. Subgroup analyses degree location additionally performed. In men, total not associated with adenoma. However, increased higher saturated fatty acid (SFA) intake. adjusted odds ratio highest 1.71 (95% confidence interval, 1.01–2.91) compared that lowest quintile. There no significant characterized subsite. In female participants, specific adenoma. These support high SFA men.
