摘要: As part of the digitalization forest planning process, 3D remote sensing data is an important source. However, demand for more detailed information with high temporal resolution and yet still being cost efficient a challenging combination systems used today. A new lidar technology based on single photon counting has possibility to meet these needs. The aim this paper evaluate sensor Leica SPL100 area-based variable estimations. In study, it was found that from system, operated 3800 m above ground level, could be raster cell estimates similar or slightly better accuracy than linear point density, 400 level. shows great potential need collection information, due altitude, flight speed pulse repetition rate. Further research needed improve method extraction investigate limitations drawbacks technology. authors emphasize solar noise filtering in environments effect different atmospheric conditions, as interesting subjects further research.
