摘要: We consider transport properties of single-wall metallic carbon nanotubes weakly coupled to external leads.In particular, we analyze the conductance and shot noise nonmagnetic leads showthat may become super-Poissonian depending on ground state nanotube. In addition, wealso show that when nanotube is one ferromagnetic lead, it can operate as agate-controlled spin diode.PACS numbers: 72.25.Mk, 73.63.Kv, 85.75.
