摘要: The analytical utility of fluorescence spectrometry polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons matrix isolated in vapor-deposited, annealed n-heptane deposits is considered. Much greater spectral resolution can be obtained heptane than conventional (nitrogen or argon) matrices; the possibilities for selective excitation alkane matrices individual compounds multicomponent samples exploited effectively only if dye-laser utilized. In contrast, laser offers few general advantages over lamp matrix-isolation fluorometry matrices. quantitative aspects (linear dynamic range, precision, applicability to mixtures) n-alkane media also are discussed. 6 figures.
