摘要: Abstract An increasing number of studies document the presence protein kinases facing outwards at cell surface a diverse array cells. These ecto-protein phosphorylate cell-surface proteins and soluble extracellular substrates, thus could affect many physiological processes involving cell–cell contacts, cellular differentiation proliferation, ion fluxes activation. To date, only limited attention has been paid to exploring as possible pharmacological targets. Here, identification role in different biological systems is described; it suggested that are attractive novel candidates for manipulation under various (patho)physiological conditions.
