摘要: A newly isolated alkalitolerant basidiomycetous fungus, identified as Crinipellis sp. RCK-1 was observed to produce laccase. The effect of different physicochemical factors on laccase production studied. identification the important (initial pH medium, copper and tryptophan) with simple screening experiment involving optimization using single factor at a time strategy, followed by application complex response surface design for further maximizing helpful in defining effects interactions physiological nutritional factors. statistical methodology resulted 27.0-fold (619.9 U ml–1) increase from when compared unoptimized medium (23.0 ml–1). results curve suggested that there interaction between tryptophan way might positive RCK-1. relatively higher showed promise offering great potential various biotechnological applications.
