摘要: Abstract The precipitation of sticky and ultrafine particles has become increasingly important. Biomass burners are one important example for dust emission sources with ever growing importance. Therefore, a baghouse filter been developed, which combines excellent separation efficiency (> 99%, clean air loading extended tests on recycling used precoat material have performed. Particularly, the influence injection parameters various mixing strategies virgin powder refreshing investigated. Different mixtures characterised by their ability to disintegrate, flowability filtration behaviour. It is clearly demonstrated that upon redispersing fine mainly adheres coarse only limited number agglomerates being produced in addition. For each kind minimum amount determined order ensure long-term stable process. This way saving potential between 40–67% found. An economic ecologic process developed precipitate system using materials.
