摘要: While the previous phylogenetic analyses of AIV H9N2 in Israel had mainly focused on phylogenetics and describing different virus introductions into country, for first time, H9N2-HA gene evolutionary history has been examined taking account its origin, evolution phylodynamics. The present study reveals Israeli molecular rate, clock skyline plot. plot showed two major increments population diversity sizes, which occurred 2003, second between end 2007 half 2008. Between 2004 size proved to be constant. peaks correspond appearance 3rd 4th genetic groups, as well introduction vaccines. mean rate was 6.123 E-3 substitutions/site/year, typical avian influenza viruses. time interval from most recent common ancestor 12.3 years, corresponding year 2000, when isolated Israel.
