摘要: Adenoviruses have been critical in the development of molecular approaches to brain tumors. They engineered function as vectors for delivering therapeutic genes gene therapy strategies, and direct cytotoxic agents oncolytic viral therapies. This review outlines uses adenoviruses tumor by examining clinical trials adenovirus-mediated p53 reviewing application two conditionally replicative (CRAds) ONYX-015 Delta 24 The potential use CRAds that deliver trangenes, particularly p53, is also discussed.
