摘要: A process for the separation of weak organic acids such as ethanol or methanol from dilute aqueous solutions thereof. The comprises dissolving in solution an amount at least 26 grams/100 ml a base basic salt, potassium carbonate, conjugate acid which has pKa value above 6 and solubility ml. is substantially more soluble water than acid, separating phase rich salt. particularly applicable to fermentation media high ionic strength dissolved salt causes flocculation solids component dunder.
