Development of a sustainable checklist in construction

摘要: Although the industry realises importance of sustainable construction, organisations do not have enough experience and knowledge to attain sustainability. Until now, inadequate research has been carried out support development culture. This paper develops a comprehensive checklist set with 67 items listed under five major phases having three main components for use by project stakeholders. By adopting checklist, construction can continuously check missing successfully implement sustainability in their projects, thus improve overall Recommendations are also given: (a) establishing registrations regulations, (b) providing guidelines, (c) governmental department, (d) financial small-size medium-size companies (e) training programmes.
