摘要: AbstractSustainable construction is the set of processes by which a profitable and competitive industry delivers built assets, enhance quality life, offer customer satisfaction, maximize efficient use resources. In Australia, construction-related legislations such as Waste Minimisation Management Act newly implemented Carbon Tax Scheme in Climate Change Framework have been launched, voluntary schemes, promoting waste minimization principles, providing reduction grants programs, purchasing policies, assessing existing sustainable assessment tools are available. The realizes importance construction, but organizations do not enough experience knowledge to perform well on sustainability.
