摘要: PURPOSETo determine the 15-year outcome for women with ductal carcinoma in situ (DCIS, intraductal carcinoma) of breast treated breast-conserving surgery followed by definitive irradiation.PATIENTS AND METHODSAn analysis was performed 270 carcinomas 268 from 10 institutions Europe and United States. In all patients, included complete gross excision primary tumor irradiation. When performed, pathologic axillary lymph node staging node-negative (n=86). The median follow-up time 10.3 years (range, 0.9 to 26.8).RESULTSThe actuarial overall survival rate 87%, cause-specific 96%. freedom distant metastases There were 45 local recurrences breast, failure 19%. 5.2 1.4 16.8).
