摘要: Screening of leucine and alanine dehydrogenases in thermophilicBacillus strains was carried out to develop their utilization for industrial analytical catalysts. Out the 28 thermophilic tested, four strains,Bacillus sp. DSM 405, 730 1521, andB.sphaericus 462, abundantly produce both enzymes. Both enzyme activities these thermophiles are enhanced by addition substrates a polypeptone medium.
