摘要: Patulin is a mycotoxin produced by Penicillium and Aspergillus species, in particular P. expansum apple-rotting fungus. In this work, we evaluated the patulin content apples with rotten areas of different sizes (with green and/or blue moulds), studied diffusion behaviour into unspoiled apples. An analytical procedure based on high-performance liquid chromatography UV detection was used to analyse 35 areas. Separations were performed 250×4.6 mm i.d. C18 column 5 µm diameter. Acetonitrile/water (5:95) as mobile phase at flow rate 1.5 ml/min elution monitored absorption 275 nm, 40 °C.
