摘要: The aim of the study was to evaluate effects low moderate oral exposure Fusarium toxin deoxynivalenol (DON; derived from culture material) on performance, water intake, and carcass parameters broilers during early late developmental phases. A total 160 Ross 308 were randomly allocated four different feeding groups (n = 40/group) including 0 (control), 2.5, 5, 10 mg DON/kg wheat-soybean meal-based feed. Three consecutive replicates experiment performed. Half slaughtered in week 3 trial whereas other half 5. Dry matter intake (DMI) (WI) recorded a daily basis body weight (BW) BW gain (BWG) determined weekly. following traits calculated absolute relative data: dressed weight, breast muscle leg liver weight. Data showed that (P < 0.001), BWG 0.005), DMI 0.001) reduced by DON-feeding entire period. ratio (DMI/BWG) not affected treatment. However, (WI/DMI) increased DON-treated birds 0.021). Contrast analysis DON tendentially slaughter 0.082) decreased yield 0.037) DON-fed chickens 5 experiment. Liver organ 3-week-old compared control-fed 0.037). In conclusion, suggests negatively under experimental conditions at levels lower than current guidance value European Union mg/kg also indicates fed level DON-contaminated diets WI/DMI which might have negative influence wet litter syndrome.
