摘要: The flow-through chambers described are easily assembled in the laboratory with no need for sophisticated or expensive equipment. They allow treating micro-explants single non-adhesive cells different solutes defined times by easy and quick changes of medium chambers. specimen can be fixed, immunostained observed microscopically within chamber. During these procedures not exposed to undue mechanical stress fragile intercellular structures well preserved.
