摘要: Methods are provided for analyzing a large number of RNAs. In one embodiment the invention, RNAs hybridized with nucleic acid probe (primer) array. The primers extended using reverse transcriptase as templated. resulting primer extension products detected. methods useful gene expression monitoring, sequence variation detection and transcriptional mapping/annotation.
