摘要: The invention includes methods for the detection of a particular genus or species fungus in biological sample. Some these make use solid support-polynucleotide structure. This structure support having immobilized thereto polynucleotide probe that is complementary to sequence ribosomal RNA (rRNA) specific fungus. An rRNA from hybridized first probe, and second also rRNA.
