摘要: The repair of bone defects that result from periodontal diseases remains a clinical challenge for therapy. β-tricalcium phosphate (β-TCP) ceramics are biodegradable inorganic substitutes with components similar to those bone. Demineralized matrix (DBM) is an acid-extracted organic derived sources consists the collagen and proteins A few studies have documented effects DBM on proliferation osteogenic differentiation human ligament cells (hPDLCs). aim present study was investigate elements hPDLCs using three-dimensional porous β-TCP or without inducers. Primary were isolated ligaments. scaffolds in growth culture medium examined Cell‑Counting kit‑8 (CCK-8) scanning electron microscopy (SEM). Alkaline phosphatase (ALP) activity cultured both medium. Specific markers reverse transcription-quantitative polymerase chain reaction (RT-qPCR). SEM images revealed spindle-shaped much more spread out compared surfaces. There no significant differences observed cell between scaffolds. Compared ceramics, ALP activity, as well Runx2 osteocalcin (OCN) mRNA levels significantly enhanced may exhibit greater than elements.
