摘要: A method and apparatus for efficiently economically using partially good memory modules to construct a unit of predetermined aggregate capacity is described, universal wiring pattern on substrate, including positions thereon with circuitry adapted connecting data outputs from plurality modules, output circuitry, selectively interconnectable--during final manufacturing step--lines associated module the outputs, thereby enabling connection sections outputs.
