摘要: We studied the effects of La modification on crystal structure and ferroelectric polarization properties SrBi2Ta2O9 (SBT). The Rietveld refinement neutron powder diffraction demonstrated that La3+ substitution, preferentially at Sr2+ site (perovskite A site), resulted in A-site vacancies for charge compensation. Polarization measurements revealed led to a much lower coercive field larger remanent polarization. tilt angle TaO6 octahedra from c axis remained constant, but decreased along direction (the component axis). results Ca-, Ba-, Pb-substituted SBT, as well La-modified indicated octahedral is closely related SBT system.
