摘要: Beneficial rhizobacteria dwell in plant roots and promote growth, development, resistance to various stress types. In recent years there have been large-scale efforts culture root-associated bacteria sequence their genomes uncover novel beneficial microbes. However, only a few strains of from the large pool soil microbes studied at molecular level. This review focuses on basis underlying phenotypes three microbe groups; (1) plant-growth promoting (PGPR), (2) root nodulating (RNB), (3) biocontrol agents (BCAs). We focus bacterial proteins secondary metabolites that mediate known within around plants, mechanisms used secrete these. highlight necessity for better understanding genes responsible traits, which can be targeted gene-centered molecule-centered discovery deployment rhizobacteria.
