摘要: Three-level neutral point clamped voltage source converter (NPC VSC) is widely used in high-power high-voltage applications. The main drawback of unequal loss distribution among the semiconductors NPC VSC overcomed by using active (ANPC) VSC. ANPC can provide more commutations than and increase maximum output power or frequency. In this paper, based on conventional PWM strategy, a new strategy for proposed. Simulation results show that equal losses switches existing strategies
