摘要: The Active NPC VSC (3L-ANPC-VSC) features a higher degree of controllability than standard converters, allowing better temperature distribution among the semiconductors. With aid Predictive Control strategy, new balancing method for 3L-ANPC-VSC is introduced. algorithm implemented in Matlab and compared with 3L-NPC-VSC using experimental data 4.5kV Press-pack IGBT Diode calculation losses. comparison shows potential increasing output power topology.
