摘要: Summary: Full-term newborns (FTN) plasminogen was evaluated by different techniques (affinity chromatography, immunologic technique, casein method, and chromogenic substrate). The functional activity of the FTN about 50% that adult. This suggests possible existence a anomaly in FTN. aminoacids were studied, and, besides small qualitative anomalies, decrease amino acid residues per mole protein N-terminal detected. Speculation: full-term has been suggested. role this pathogenesis hemorraghic diseases neonate hyaline membrane disease is not known, thus, identification could contribute to better understanding these diseases.
