摘要: Abstract Three alternative routes of solid state synthesis the high-Tc superconducting oxide YBa2Cu3O7−x have been studied: (i) high-temperature interaction between Y2O3, BaCO3 and CuO, (ii) thermal treatment coprecipitated oxalates Y, Ba Cu (iii) a mixture nitrates. It is shown that use nitrate precursors ensures highest rate due to lower temperature appearance free BaO in reaction system higher dispersion particles.
