摘要: The preparation of high T/sub c/ superconductors, in most cases, proceeds by ceramic methodology from the metal oxides and carbonates. In this paper authors show that same materials can easily be derived, as well, nitrates. Nitrates are a potentially useful class starting because their solubility thus possible use technologies require deposition thin films precursors to superconductors. When appropriate mixture nitrate salts is prepared ground together, then fired, first air, pure oxygen, superconducting material results. Both La/sub 1.85/Sr/sub 0.15/CuO/sub 4/ Ba/sub 2/YCu/sub 3/O/sub 7/ have been way. Their authenticities confirmed comparison x-ray powder patterns resistivity properties with those published for known materials. addition demonstrated solutions analyzed purity simple spectroscopic method.
