摘要: The solid-state reactivity of the precursors cuprate ceramic superconductors can be enhanced both by use highly reactive starting mixtures and processing carried out in an inert gaseous environment. In this paper, we report results a study conditions simultaneously, using RE2O3/BaO2/CuO gas N2(g). are compared with equivalent data obtained O2(g) atmosphere. temperature turns to 800°C N2(g) 940°C O2(g). XRD analysis shows that result is due effect environment on rate formation BaCuO2 BaO. BaO2 promoted initially orthorhombic 1-2-3 any at after 16 h transforms into metastable tetragonal phase. This step effective increasing subsequent reactivity.
