摘要: The fields of intermediary metabolism and detoxication mechanisms were largely rewritten after the advent radiotracer approaches. same is true for areas insecticide degradation, and, in small part, also their mode action. Radiotracer studies on fate pesticides are no longer just a means satisfying academic curiosity compounds which already use; contrary, they now generally necessary critical step understanding persistence action pesticide before it enters actual use. These investigations usually designed to provide total accounting, or balance sheet, physical chemical compound, frequently done under conditions simulating those involved Thus, involve metabolic plants, mammals, pest species photodegradation, addition concerning combination reaction at site physiological disruption. Radioanalysis can be achieved nanogram levels labeled specificity analysis depends degree separation clean-up scintillation counting radioautography. Fortunately, these techniques are, most instances, adequately developed so that limiting factor experimental design.
