摘要: 14C-Labeled chlorophenothane was acutely administered orally and intraperitoneally to rats study the tissue distribution, rate of excretion, effect route administration. Five days after dosing, fat with highest radioactivity irrespective At 0.05 significance level, lungs, spleen, liver, kidneys, testes dosed showed greater concentration than those dosed. The fecal excretion latter group higher former group. greatest percentage excreted in feces oral administration occurred first 24 hr. Urinary by two routes statistically same. Negligible 14CO2 detected respired air. results this experiment support previously reported nonradiotracer studies.
