摘要: We have measured the profiles of plasma-broadened, slightly red-shifted spectral lines neutral argon with a wall-stabilized arc and performed detailed line-shape analysis computerized data acquisition processing system. According to Stark broadening theory, isolated atoms in dense plasmas are broadened mostly by electron impact, which results symmetric Lorentzian profiles. An additional small contribution, is asymmetric nature, due plasma ions. This difference symmetries provides possibility separating ion effects from broadening. In full agreement quasistatic theory broadening, our experiment shows asymmetry patterns characteristic minima maxima near central part lines. While positions these extrema---as well as zero crossing point---stay essentially constant for all when compared on reduced wavelength scale, amplitudes extrema vary line line. Measurements thus allow, comparison theoretical patterns, determination parameters.
