摘要: A shift in osteogenesis toward adipogenesis of human bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cells (hMSCs) is a crucial pathological factor the progression osteoporosis. The development an vitro three-dimensional (3D) model that reflects dynamic remodeling extracellular matrices (ECMs) during simultaneous and hMSCs can provide useful tool to mimic process investigate how 3D ECMs balance osteogenic adipogenic differentiation hMSCs. In this study, secreted by their stepwise osteogenesis-co-adipogenesis were deposited on hybrid meshes poly(lactide-co-glycolide) (PLGA) collagen prepare biomimetic PLGA–collagen–ECM scaffolds. Four types prepared: at early stages (EOEA–ECMs), late (EOLA–ECMs), (LOEA–ECMs) (LOLA–ECMs). had different compositions dependent adipogenesis. They also showed effects balancing EOEA–ECM scaffold promotive effect suppressive LOEA–ECM LOLA–ECM scaffolds moderate EOLA–ECM exhibited both However, promoted hMSC proliferation more strongly than other ECM results indicated dynamically could affect should cell culture for investigation ECM–cell interactions.
