摘要: Hyperglycemia may be associated with worse functional outcomes in patients primary intracerebral hemorrhage. We performed a systematic review and meta-analysis to investigate the relationship between hyperglycemia mortality risk searched PubMed Embase databases for studies investigating association estimated pooled relative (RR) its 95 % confidence interval (95 % CI) assess impact of on risk. Seventeen total 6527 hemorrhage were included. Meta-analysis those showed that significantly increased (RR = 2.36, CI 1.79–3.12). Subgroup analysis by time follow-up short-term (RR = 3.97, 2.13–7.43) long-term (RR = 1.53, 1.14–2.05). The RR per 1-mmol/L increment glucose level was 1.14 1.06–1.22). In hemorrhage, increases both mortality.
